 Thank you for your interest in the Integrated Preschool Programs provided by Westford Public Schools. The Westford Integrated Preschool offers a multitude of inclusive programs that provide meaningful education to all Westford children. The curriculum is based on Massachusetts Pre-Kindergarten Common Core State Standards and addresses social, emotional, early academic, play, self-help, communication, and gross, fine, and visual motor skills.
Philosophy and Mission Statement:
We believe that the educational process is the shared responsibility of all members of the school community. We are committed to creating a climate of universal respect among members of our community. Within this climate, each child learns to be a responsible, life-long learner. It is our goal to provide high quality early childhood education in a warm, nurturing atmosphere. We believe that every child has unique skills and we are dedicated to helping each child develop these skills and reach his or her full potential. Our program offers the benefits of experienced staff and individualized curriculum that meets the Guidelines for Preschool Learning Experiences.
Our program includes full and half-day sessions for children who are 3, 4, and 5 years old. Enrollment is rolling and children can enter throughout the year. However, children must be three on or before their first day of school. Children are not accepted prior to their third birthday. Consult our brochure for specifics. Tuition for Preschool Program 2012-2013:
We follow the public school calendar. Tuition has been set for 35 weeks of school. For your convienence, we divide tuition into ten equal payments, to be paid on the first day of each school month. A $25.00 nonrefundable registration fee for all first time students is required to proces your application. A deposit is required in order to secure your child’s spot in our program. This deposit is equal to one month's tuition and will be applied to the first month’s tuition. Any cancellations received after April 10th will not be refunded.
If applications exceed the number of available spaces, we will hold a lottery for the available spaces. Preference will be given to returning students and to siblings of currently enrolled students.
Monday-Thursday, 9:00-3:00 Friday 12:30-3:00 for 3 & 4 year olds - $635.00 per month
Two a.m. sessions, 9:00-11:30 for 3 year olds $145.00/month (M/W or T/TH)
Four a.m. sessions for 3 year olds, 9:00-11:30 - $285.00/month
Four a.m. sessions for 4 year olds - $285.00/ month
Three p.m. sessions, 12:30-3:00 for 4 year olds - $215.00/month
Five p.m. sessions, 12:30-3:00 for 3 & 4 year olds - $355.00/month
Lunch Hour Extension 11:30-12:30 (3&4 year olds) - $10 per day per month (limited to four students)
**Rates listed reflect the 2012-2013 school year. Rates may increase for the 2013-2014 school year.**
