WPS - Title I Parent-Teacher Survey


	This survey is a needs assessment to determine the effectiveness of the Title I Program in your school. The responses to these questions will be reviewed as the 2009-2010 program is designed. All parents of children receiving Title I services are asked to complete one needs assessment per child before May 22, 2009.
